My Yoga Journey

I had my first yoga class at age 19 and dipped in and out until established a more dedicated practice in my late thirties. This culminated in qualifying as a teacher in my forties. I am currently the only teacher in Ireland qualified in yoga, Pilates and somatic movement education. In addition I am a corrective exercise specialist (Katy Bowman – nutritious movement) and a restore your core teacher trained by Lauren Ohayon.

-Since March 2020, I have taken my classes online in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic.  I have a 60 inch screen for my zoom classes allowing me to give each student in my classes that extra level of 1-2-1 help.  Classes are kept at manageable numbers for me to see students and enable they get the best experience possible
